So much fun having to open a sliding door just to get fresh air in a windowless room! And the noisy neighbors were just the cherry on top.

Absolutely loved the smelly bedding and the noisy host living upstairs. Would highly recommend if you're into that kind of thing.

My family and I had a wonderful three-night stay at this warm and cosy studio flat. The kitchen was well-equipped, and having a washing machine and dryer was very convenient. The shower was nice, and the internet was incredibly fast. We enjoyed spending time in the patio/garden, and I can imagine it being even better in the summer. There is a supermarket within a 10-minute walk, and the area was very quiet during our stay. The apartment itself had everything we needed, including two large beds, a full kitchen, a beautiful bathroom, a nice garden, a TV. It's also conveniently located near a metro station, which made it easy to reach the city centre in just 10 minutes. The lady who welcomed us was very kind and friendly.

During my stay at Sewdien's Apartment Maashaven, I appreciated two key features. the location was ideal for my transit purposes. The nearest airport, Rotterdam The Hague Airport, was conveniently just 7 km away, making it a breeze to catch my flight. the apartment was also in close proximity to Rijnhaven and Rotterdam Blaak, providing easy access to public transportation options for further exploration of the city.

One minor drawback I found during my stay was the limited parking options. The apartment only offered paid parking, which meant I had to utilize a nearby garage for my car.

Great location near the water, and the apartment had a garden which was a nice bonus. The apartment was equipped with two large beds and had a complete kitchen, making it comfortable for our stay. The owner was very friendly and welcoming, which added to our positive experience.

The apartment had a weird smell and wasn't very clean. There were stains on the walls and kitchen doors, and the bed linens didn't smell fresh.

We stayed in an apartment close to Factory 010, which was an ideal location for our group of friends. It was also conveniently near the city center of Rotterdam and a metro station. the apartment had a clean and well-appointed kitchen, perfect for preparing meals. the host was friendly and welcoming, providing all the necessary utilities for a comfortable stay.

The noise from the upstairs neighbors disturbed our sleep throughout the night.
